What you'll be doingManage all incoming SNC’s for Baxter Plastics Mountain Home facility.Coordinate, track, process and maintain all functions associated with the SNC process.Own/Manage change controls associated with incoming SNC’sAssist in external and internal audits by maintaining/reviewing records, extracting data from databases and creating reports, collecting relevant data, etc.Quality data collection, analysis of quality data, identification of trends that require action. Compiles results of data analyses into reports for, communication/presentation of those trends/issues/observations to the appropriate process owner(s) and senior management.Complete all Baxter Mountain Home SNC assessmentsComplete all surveys associated with the SNC process.Able to effectively communicate across all shifts, departments and levels of management.Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects/workflow and manage time efficiently in order to meet established timelines.Ensures appropriate reports/documentation are complete, correct, and timely.Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction from manager and/or supervisor.

What you'll bringHigh School Degree or equivalent and minimum of 5 years of quality experience required.Proficient with computer skills such as Microsoft Office and other data-oriented applicationsAbility to utilize computer programs to access data/information, such as BaxU, TcU, Trackwise and AS400 programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, must be a strong team player with good problem solving,Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.Must insure compliance of GMP/QSR and ISO 13485.Ability to evaluate various plant quality systems to extract and collate information to support continuous improvement in the Quality Management area.Attention to details and accuracy.Highly customer focused with very good communication skills, especially in listening to requirements.Prior experience as a NonConformance owner in Trackwise 8.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000-$82,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
