We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to support our strategic operations and local management by ensuring full compliance with quality systems, regulations, and performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.

Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.

Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.

Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Specific Role Tasks

Collect, organize, and securely store all documentation related to each batch of imported or locally manufactured products, in line with national regulations.

As delegated by the PHC Quality Assurance Manager (Technical Director), review and approve inspection records from distribution centers and make batch disposition decisions in SAP (release or rejection).

Oversee daily batch releases, returns, and product rejections.

Escalate any quality-impacting issues to the PHC Quality Assurance Manager, using company tools such as Veeva.

Provide ongoing support to the PHC QA Manager in all matters related to PHC product compliance.

Continuously improve processes to streamline product release, reducing lead times for the business.

Review quality KPIs with distribution centers and participate in regular quality review meetings.

Lead or actively participate in DDS meetings with distribution centers under your responsibility.

Manage temperature and humidity deviations, escalating as needed for resolution and authorization.

Maintain and update local operating procedures at distribution centers; propose improvements to Quality Agreements.

Lead assigned regional projects in alignment with the company’s annual objectives.

Job Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory by law), with a valid professional license.

2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
