Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly Ensure compliance with South African electrical regulations Maintain emergency backup systems, including generators and lighting Install and upgrade electrical components like lighting, pumps, and power points Test electrical systems for safety and functionality Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections  Qualifications:
Matric and relevant electrical qualification At least 5 years’ experience, preferably in residential or healthcare settings Valid wireman’s license and registration with the Department of Labour (ability to issue COCs) Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and installations  Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights Professional and respectful treatment of residents, especially elderly Flexibility to handle emergency repairs outside of normal working hours  Work Environment:
