Job Responsibility
Analyze and improve quality issues raised by customers and assists Customer Care in providing reliable solutions.
Develop and update inspection guidance documents such as product quality control plan.
Monitor and ensure the validation of process and finished products.
Use quality assurance technology and skills to assist production department to solve quality problems of finished and semi-finished products, to achieve rapid response and timely handling of problems. Assess Mock-Up risk, take preventive measures in the process to effectively reduce and eliminate defectives, and improve the process pass rate.
Maintain continuous communication with SQE and ME on defective material issues to promote supplier quality improvement.
Assist in the implementation of quality system and process audits as scheduled and follow up improvement actions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing.
5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering related positions. Familiar with PPAP, FMEA, CP, CPK, MSA, QSA, QPA, 8D and other quality tools.
CQE experience is preferred. Good command of English.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information and ideas to senior management or customers.
Excellent multi-functional management skills. Ability to deal with employees at all levels within the organization and demonstrate solid relationship building skills.
Must have skills in communicating and negotiating with internal and external departments.
