We currently have exciting temporary opportunity as a **Quality Control Technician** with a global leader in the production of consumer products and pharmaceuticals in **Lititz, PA** **Location:** Lititz, PA **Contract:** 9mo, possible extension **Schedule:** M-F, 2nd Shift (3PM-11:30PM) **Compensation** : $30-34/hr **Summary** : Under routine supervision, performs physical and chemical testing of raw materials, materials in process and finished product to assess conformance to applicable standards. Adheres to Company policies, governmental and regulatory requirements and maintains adequate lab supplies. **Responsibilities** + Performs laboratory solution preparation to be used for testing of raw materials, materials in-process and finished products. + Performs physical testing of finished products, raw materials and stability samples, in accordance with company test methods. + Performs standardization of solutions and instruments as required and records results in official logs. + Records all results of testing in logbooks, directly on report forms or into the laboratory computer system using proper documentation. + Maintains records in accordance with cGMP. + Embraces and demonstrates the company’s values on an on-going basis. + Communicates potential problems and issues to the Team Leader in a timely manner. + Review unusual assay results with the Team Leader to determine the method of solution, suggesting appropriate alternative tests. + Acquires, maintains and applies current professional knowledge and skills associated with the job. + Demonstrates competent computer use (entry/retrieval). + Orders laboratory supplies as needed. + Adheres to regulatory, company and departmental requirements. + Performs other duties as assigned and directed. **Qualifications** + BS in the Scientific field + Knowledge of GMPs and good documentation practices + Good Communication Skills + Knowledge of Basic Chemistry, able to work in a team environment, work under GMP requirements. + P#1 **Important information:** This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
