Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated QC PA Team Leader to oversee quality control operations, lead the team, checking, testing and ensure high-quality production standards for RCP, SCADA, SAS, RTU, DFR, Protection panels. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvements in our quality processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in control and automation panels, with a commitment to fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performance work environment.
You’ll create impact by:Lead the Quality Control team, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.Perform quality assurance and control inspections on RCP, SCADA, SAS and other PA panels ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM, production, engineering and 3rd party to align on quality standards and best practices.Support training initiatives, imparting technical knowledge to team members and enhancing overall team capability.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the QC team.Oversee documentation and reporting related to quality control processes and inspections.You’d describe yourself as:
Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field is required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Specific experience with RCP, SCADA, RTU or SAS panels is essential.
