Description
Candidate will be responsible for execution of existing validation and optimization efforts in the QC lab. Our chemists will perform and document validation methods for both GC and LC instrumentation per Client SOPs, documenting per GDPs, and meeting all requirements of Client’s QMS. Focus is expected to be on LC and GC, but Client can provide training on additional techniques like KF and ICPMS where needed.
Specific Tasks:
• Sample preparation and execution of existing validation methods for existing compounds
o LC and GC analysis
• Optimize existing methods where possible
• Capture and document all test method data in accordance with cGMPs
• Prepare technical reports consistent with client's QMS requirements
Skills
Chemistry, Hplc
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience for required capabilities
• BS in Chemistry or similar
• Experience running sample analysis via GC and LC instrumentation
• Experience documented via good documentation practices
• Comfortable working with respirator, including PAPR
Culture Fit (Soft Skills)
• Comfortable with constantly changing priorities moving from one project to the next (R&D and QC Support needed for this role)
• May be expeected to move between facilities (10 min drive) as part of weekly/daily expectation
• Fast moving team, with multitude of deadlines and priorities
• Must be comfortable working with potent compounds and hazardous chemicals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
