ResponsibilitiesConduct chemical, physical, and performance testing, including colorimetry, IR, titrations (auto and manual), viscosity, turbidity, digital density, melting and freezing point, GC, LC-MS, and atomic absorption.Analyze raw materials, in-process materials, and finished product samples.Perform data entry and generate and file records.Set up laboratory equipment and perform calibrations.Recommend and initiate corrective actions for lab and product non-conformance.Support safety, quality, 5S, ISO, GMP, and housekeeping policies and procedures.Actively contribute to continuous quality, environmental, and safety improvement processes.Essential SkillsProficiency in chemistry, laboratory practices, and analytical chemistry.Experience with gas chromatography, titration, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.Familiarity with standard lab methodology and instrumentation.Ability to perform data entry and sample analysis.Knowledge of GMP, quality control, and quality assurance practices.Technical skills for achieving challenging objectives.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Computer literacy.Additional Skills & Qualifications4-year Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry degree (preferred)Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
