Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a QA Tester to join their team. This resource will be responsible for conducting comprehensive manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. They will also need to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the software meets business requirements and is ready for production. Lastly, this resource will need to utilize their expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to map, read, and analyze EDI transactions. This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to work EST hours. Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements - 4 or more years of experience as QA Tester - Strong experience with manual testing - Proven experience testing in a UAT environment - EDI experience (mapping, files, reading EDI transactions) - Experience with EDI vendor transactions (810, 832, 846, 850, 855, 856, 867) - Strong communication skills and comfortable working with other QAs, BAs, PMs, and vendors - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or another related field - Experience with automated testing - API testing experience - Comfortable in a Windows-based environment - Biztalk testing experience - Experience with Beyond Compare software for comparing files and other data null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
