Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

This role is for a dedicated individual to join the Quality Assurance team on the operational side, focusing on addressing quality issues that arise after products have gone into production. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the company and potentially advance into a managerial role.

ResponsibilitiesHandle Corrective Actions & Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Deal with quality issues reported by customers, including product malfunctions.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the source of production issues.Directly address customer complaints and work with suppliers to resolve issues.Identify and address gaps within the Quality Management System (QMS) and propose improvements.Prepare documentation and records for audits and, over time, participate in audits and prepare other auditees.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.Experience working under ISO 9001 standards.Knowledge and experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).Experience with auditing as an auditee.Additional Skills & QualificationsDirect experience in the medical device industry.Background in engineering.Leadership experience.Experience in electronics.Experience in contract manufacturing.Work Environment

This position is fully on-site with core hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with the operations and engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.48 - $31.25
