QA/QC Documentation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices. This position involves thorough document review, editing, formatting, and maintaining an organized system for storing and retrieving documents. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a strong attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices.Thoroughly review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.Edit and format quality documents for submission.Convert documents to various formats and work with templates.Maintain a well-organized system for storing and retrieving electronic and physical documents.Submit records to the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).Primarily use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).Essential SkillsExperience in quality assurance testing and quality control.Proficiency in regulatory documentation.Strong data entry skills.Experience formatting quality or regulatory documents.Experience converting PDFs to usable documents for regulatory or quality purposes.Ability to move data from one system to another.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma is required.Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially in a quality-related field.Strong typing and word processing skills.Computer efficiency is a must, with professional experience.Experience dealing with QA or regulatory standards from a previous position.Salesforce experience is a plus.Work Environment

The work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The initial focus will be on catching up on backlog, with the potential for this position to become a long-term opportunity based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
