Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing quality assurance and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong typing and word processing skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
ResponsibilitiesReview a variety of QA and some regulatory documentation.Pull documentation from Salesforce and process it to ensure the information reaches the necessary recipients.Ensure documents are in compliance with relevant standards.Edit and format documents as required.Primarily use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).Essential SkillsExperience with quality assurance testing and quality control.Experience with regulatory documentation.Strong data entry skills, including typing speed (WPM).Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to convert PDFs to usable documents for regulatory or quality purposes.Experience moving data from one system to another.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma is required.Bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in a quality-related field.Previous experience dealing with QA standards or regulatory standards.Salesforce experience is a plus but not necessary.Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment with standard working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Initially, the role will focus on catching up on backlog. If the position proves to be beneficial, it could turn into a long-term opportunity.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
