As key raw material quality contact people to supplier (internal company & external vendor) and Refinish window to customer, to End to End lead internal and external activities to have claim solved, convert customer voice into CAIR system, drive internal cross function team to satisfy customer. Being responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data of the quality system operation, responsible for the tracking and verification of the internal audit and the evaluation of unqualified items, and participating quality improvement transform project.

Responsibilities:

Represents the customer Voice within all phases of product lifecycle (end to end vision) and all product lines (paints & non-paints)Consolidates customer requirements & dissatisfiers to ensure proper communication and timely response is given to the CustomerCoordinates continuous improvement plans for the CustomerEnsures customer’s claims and warranty issues are treated in a qualitative and timely manner with Lessons Learned as appropriateEnsures best practices by communicating on issues, problem solving and Lessons Learned across divisions and product phases.Distribution Center inbound & outbound quality control managementSupporting and coordinating on audit request from customers (IATF 16949 for functions (COP/SP/MP related to functions)Key supplier QMS audit and managementPPAP (Production Part Approval Process) leaderRoutine kinds of reporting and presenting to track quality performance

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degreeAt least 10 years manufacturing or trading company work experience.Chemical coating or automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.Good spoken and written English.Good experience in Customer/Supplier Quality Improvement.Registered CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) is preferred.Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, PPAP is preferred.Multi-tasking ability.
