To achieve this, we are seeking for Junior QA Engineer –Automation Tester to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities
Create, design, and implement automated test scripts using testing frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for regular and automated testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Create test plans based on project requirements
Develop and execute detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Utilise defect tracking tools to log, monitor, and manage the status of reported issues. Report and document defects, including providing clear steps to reproduce the issues.
Maintain test documentation, including test cases and test plans
Strong communication and stakeholder management
To qualify for the role, you should have
2-3 years of experience in automation testing
Strong experience in automating web application testing using Selenium Webdriver with TestNG Framework
Knowledge on Mobile application testing using appium
Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy and Test plans
Understanding of software development life cycle
Basic programming knowledge (Java/Javascript/Python) and related standards (Selenium/Selenide/Playwright)
Basic knowledge of test Azure Devops/Jira/ other test management tools
Fluent in English

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Self-driven and flexible, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic
Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
Hard working professional with ability to work under pressure
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
It will be a plus if you have
BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field would be considered an advantage
Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly
