We’re looking for a highly skilled and analytical Manual QA Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, deep understanding of software architecture, and hands-on experience with both frontend and backend systems. As part of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge ad-tech products by working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
If you thrive on problem-solving, taking ownership of projects, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.   What You’ll Do Gain an in-depth understanding of our product’s architecture and functionality Perform exploratory testing and ensure high-quality feature releases Lead test strategy and execution for complex features, collaborating with development teams Be involved in the full development lifecycle, including BDD reviews, design meetings, and feature planning Work with various backend and frontend technologies, including AWS, Kafka, Grafana, Amazon Redshift, and Kibana Investigate and analyze data flow across different systems to ensure system integrity Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and technical teams to drive quality initiatives Take ownership of projects, from test planning to execution and delivery. What You’ll Need 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in a technical environment Strong understanding of software architecture – the ability to analyze end-to-end system behavior – must Experience with both backend and frontend testing Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, or cloud-based solutions) Experience testing complex web applications Ability to work independently and drive QA processes in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree Fluent in English
