Job Title: QA Engineer
Job Description

Seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to plan and conduct activities focused on the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. This role involves analyzing, inspecting, designing, testing, and integrating to assure the quality of assigned products or components. The successful candidate will perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with requirements, apply statistical process control methods to evaluate processes, document all QA activities, develop new approaches for problem-solving, communicate significant issues to management, and prepare detailed reports. Additionally, the role requires maintaining knowledge of government and industry QA codes and standards and developing quality requirements for development and manufacturing products.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in LAUREL, Maryland.

Work Environment

The company is a small engineering firm specializing in the design and build of antenna systems. As part of a compact team of 3-4 QA support members, you will work in an office setting with access to a production shop and lab/testing facilities onsite.
