Experience working in P&C Insurance environment.4 year college degree and at least 4 years of testing experience.A strong QA with experience in Reviewing Software Requirements, Preparation and Execution of Test Cases, Defect Tracking.Experience using HP ALM testing tools.Strong SQL Database experience. Proficient in writing SQL queries and data quality testing.Experience with any Test Case Management Tool and Defect Tracking Tool.Contribute to continuing process improvement and implementation of quality assurance standards.Background not necessary but will help tremendously Offshore communication a huge PLUSVery good Team Player.Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills.Good Organization skills, Attention to Detail, Skeptical and Curious, Negative Testing Proficiency.
