Major Responsibilities: 

Maintenance of Quality Records 

Responsible for Organization and Storage of OTC Drug Records in accordance with FDA/GMP Requirements 

Performs Product Reconciliations and Checks Calculations for Component Labeling Reconciliations 

Launches Prepares and Circulates Finished Goods Release spreadsheet to Warehouses and Distribution Centers 

Conducts and/or Assists in the Investigation of any Reconciliation Issues with OTC Drug Products 

 

Lakewood Plant Regulatory Support 

Maintains the Spreadsheet for the Air Permit (includes batching and filling data) 

Maintains the Company Training files on Spreadsheets and in Hard Copy Format 

Prepares and maintains all Batch Manufacturing Records as required by FDA 

Tracks and Monitors Permits and Alerts Quality Manager to any issues with regard to Permit Status 

Prepares and Sends Alcohol Permit Updates to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF)  

Track Bug Zapper and Door Inspections for Facilities 

 

Maintenance of Lakewood Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system 

Enters all SOPs into Word/Excel Format 

Distributes all Approved Company SOPs in SABA for training 

Maintains list of SOPs required to Read and Understand for each role in Lakewood 

 

Maintains a clean work environment 

Adheres to all safety procedures 

Participates in all job related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures 

Performs other duties as assigned 

 

Knowledge/Computer Skills: 

Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook 

Must be precise and detail-oriented and have an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 

 

Education and Work Experience required: 

High School diploma  

Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant
