The Staff Co-Director serves as the pedagogical and programmatic anchor of the Q-Center. This full-time, full-year position is on the ground, every day, overseeing all activities at the Q-Center, enhancing learning opportunities by shaping Center services to address STEM student and faculty needs and promoting positive outcomes

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $85,295 - $108,810 per year.

Core Responsibilities:

Diagnose student need by assessing quantitative skills & recommend placement for students Deliver comprehensive and effective training program for STEM/Q tutors with successful strategies for measuring impact Teach courses in essential STEM areas through pedagogical approaches that provide superb instruction in foundational quantitative concepts (for credit, e.g.- MATH105, 1-2 per year) Develop and execute excellent workshops for students that deliver effective, measurable skill development in introductory-level STEM/Q courses Develop, in collaboration with the Faculty Co-Director, professional development programming for STEM/Q faculty Provide 1:1 consults for students Oversee Q-Center budget Manage Q-Center staff and daily operations
