This is a critical project for our organization, and we need a dedicated professional who can ensure a smooth and successful transition. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise-wide migrations, a strong background in Kubernetes, Linux, and GitLab, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of Python-based solutions to support the migration from Broadcom to Blue Planet * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable software applications * Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications * Manage and optimize Linux-based systems to support the development and deployment environments * Utilize GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the migration process * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members * Document technical specifications, system architecture, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and project continuity * Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization
