The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Pursuit Excellence Senior Capture Manager (CM) to provide multi-disciplined leadership and strategic direction to Pursuit Excellence strategic capture efforts. The CM will lead and direct all aspects off the capture effort, to include: initial opportunity assessment and positioning, strategy development, teaming, solution development, proposal development, and price strategy. The candidate will have proven success engaging with Executives on the most strategic opportunities and be able to engage all resources across the organization to win new business and achieve the companies business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience leading and winning multiple strategic pursuits of total contract value >$500M with annual revenue of $100M
The candidate will lead pursuit strategy throughout every aspect of strategic capture. Candidate will be a key member of CACI’s Pursuit Excellence and proposal team; will lead strategic planning and implementation, to include engaging with senior leaders from across CACI; and, will provide mentorship and guidance across the growth organization.
Experience supporting federal contract proposals is required. In addition to leading assigned capture opportunities, the CM will provide strategic analysis, review, and support to other priority opportunities and partner with business development to screen potential priority pursuits
Responsibilities:
Pursuit Excellence initial opportunity assessment, positioning, and strategy planning
Comprehensive capture strategy development and execution
Long-term positioning strategy development and execution
Executive engagement
Customer communication
Program and/or project management involving teams >20 people
Proposal management and operations involving teams >20 people
Resource identification and onboarding, including implementing consulting agreements
Capability and gap analysis
Budget management
Shaping, positioning, and proposal artifact creation including RFI responses, white papers, and executive summaries
Strategic pricing
Off-ramp analysis
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Demonstrated Experience leading and winning large, complex strategic capture efforts of at least $100M annual revenue
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Demonstrated Experience capturing business across DoD, Intel, and/or Federal Civilian Agencies
Demonstrated ability to capture and win business that result in new markets and customers served
Understanding of AAS (formerly FEDSIM) acquisition practices and experience leading and winning AAS pursuits
Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies that improve PWIN and pricing
Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
ITIL Certified (current) or equivalent
Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Federal security clearance eligibility (up to TS/SCI/Poly)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
