Job DescriptionWork as a PSD Group leader responsible for Asia-Pacific (China, Japan, Korea);Consultant for lean development projects, enabling and task force in direction of Lean Quality Management and I4.0 at suppliersProject design based on nominations from other functions and Bosch plants.Value stream Planning and training of Lean- and Q-methodologies at suppliers (5S, Flow oriented Layout, Lean Line Design, Standardized Work, Quick Changeover, Pull-Principle, PGL, System CIP approach etc.).Responsible for successful implementation and sustainable solutions together with suppliers.Drive the category strategy discussion with internal key stakeholders and coordinate as the interfaces for PSD as assigned category key account

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electric engineering or comparable technical degree
• >2-year experience in manufacturing, quality management, and logistics
• >3-year experience in leading lean projects
• >1-year experience in project management
• In-depth BPS practical knowledge
• I4.0 knowledge
