Job DescriptionYou will be part of the Group Purchasing Indirect Materials team, assisting to:
• Carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) process
• Engage in Technical & commercial clarification with potential suppliers
• Evaluate and compare bids received
• Engage in negotiation with potential suppliers
• Ensure projects are of compliance to global and country policies
• Analyze reports for the department
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or similar related field of study
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Asia and Europe offices will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit for at least 8 months
