We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Ford Champ to join our team. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure to the purchasing and procurement processes within our organization. The successful candidate will assist the purchasing team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What you´ll need:

Active bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

Assist in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and objectives. Support the purchasing team in evaluating supplier quotes and negotiating contracts to ensure the best value. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data using company systems and software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth procurement operations. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or overstock situations. Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess their capabilities. Participate in supplier performance evaluations and help resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review. Learn and apply best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
