Job Responsibilities
Analysis and understand from customers and stakeholder about their pains and needs, actively identify, collaborate, and drive cost saving projects with user departments.Provide purchasing service for indirect demand to internal departments incl. supplier sourcing and development, price negotiation and participation in tender activities with TCO ownership and management, contracting process etc.Supplier management and monitoring, act as supplier mentor for barriers clearance for daily businessProvide proper consultancy and best offers to users with customer orientated mind-set, incl. price benchmarking, collaborate with internal customers for process & cost optimization.Proper documentation, purchasing data analysis and performance reporting, support departments on process and supplier audit / release, co-work with related departments e.g. legal, HSE related.Other tasks assigned by leaderQualificationsBachelor degree 985/211 or above in engineering or business related similar education2 years of purchasing, cost saving projects implementation experience
Willing to communicate and collaborate; proactive, flexible and result orientated;
Excellent in PBI, Excel, ppt etc.Take initiatives to drive project forward actively, motivated and result-orientation.Good English both in written and spoken, with negotiation and purchasing/supply chain experience.Additional Informationoversea background preferred
Knowledge of TCO approach
SAP is plus
