Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent in Roseville, California. As a Purchasing Agent, you will play a critical role in managing purchasing activities and maintaining efficient administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise
• Swiftly resolve any conflicts regarding specifications and plans
• Handle the creation and management of tracking spreadsheets for global changes
• Set up and maintain relationships with new trade partners
• Take care of new community samples, exterior color schemes, and flooring packages
• Assist in the preparation of frame walk documents for hub managers
• Support purchasing managers with enhanced elevation maps and any other relevant information requests
• Ensure the maintenance of the Phase Tracker based on Construction's 15 week schedule
• Assist in the execution and coordination of event planning
• Contribute to the creation and update of digital sales presentations
• Manage the process of sending award and decline letters to trades for new communities
• Handle the establishment of new community SIM in the JDE system. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial transactions.
• Familiarity with Epicor software is required for efficient business operations.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial for streamlining business processes.
• Experience with ERP Solutions is necessary for effective management of resources.
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is essential for handling accounting tasks.
• Familiarity with About Time software is required for efficient time tracking.
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is necessary for handling financial responsibilities.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial for ensuring timely payments.
• Understanding of Budget Processes is essential for effective financial planning.
• Knowledge of Buying Processes is required for effective purchasing and procurement.
