Solicit bidsPre-qualify subcontractorsSetup and monitor option costs and sales pricesMaintain and update current budgets Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increasesPrepare direct costs analysis and variances for reviewInput original Direct Costs budgetExecute lot starts and final proof all unit costsSupervisory Responsibilities
