GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n

Responsible for office, general supply ordering and monitoring, and accounts payable vouchering and system maintenance. Work in collaboration with Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in purchasing roll to assist facility maintenance.\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nAssociate degree in business, supply chain management, or related field required OR Two years' applicable supply chain purchasing experience in lieu of education requirement\nProficient use of supply chain related systems including but not limited to data analysis, procurement, and inventory.\nStrong knowledge of computer operations; Microsoft Office products experience required.\nMust possess excellent data entry skills.\nExcellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work diligently with attention to details under minimal supervision\nMust be able to work well with others and meet strict deadlines.\nAble to lift or move boxes up to 30 lbs.\nAble to work flexible hours and days.\nCapable of working with minimal supervision.\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nThree years of healthcare related office experience \nBachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field\n
