What you'll do as a Washer Set-Up and Run:
Set up and operate punch presses and associated support equipment.Regularly configure all presses rated at 60 tons and above.Execute operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming according to blueprints and instructions.Interpret blueprints, routing sheets, and work instructions to determine specifications.Measure finished work and apply shop math to ensure it meets specified standards.
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Should Have:
- Experience in the metal stamping industry
- One (1) year of manufacturing experience
- Understanding tolerances such as +/- .005
- Strong command of the English language, including verbal and written communications
- Proficient with basic computer skills
