Xylem is looking for a Pump Service Technician to service our pumps and their corresponding mechanical and electrical components at lift stations in the Miami Dade area. **What your day will look like as a Pump Service Technician** The Pump Service Technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance on our Pumps and their corresponding electrical and mechanical components at various lift stations around the Miami Dade area. Equipment specific training will be provided, but applicants with previous experience working with industrial or commercial pumps are especially encouraged to apply. If you believe that we would be the right fit for you, please apply today. **Position Requirements for Pump Service Technicians** + A high school diploma or GED + A valid drivers license with a clean driving record + Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, MVR check, and DOT physical + Service and repair knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps + Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form at multiple levels + Ability to read and comprehend electrical wiring schematics and mechanical drawings + Experience with electrical submersible equipment a plus TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more daily travel- home daily. **The estimated salary range for this position is $26-$30/hr.
