This position is primarily focused on providing comprehensive night coverage across multiple critical care units at UF Health Jacksonville, including the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Coronary Care Unit (CCU). Preferred Qualifications: + MD/DO specializing in Critical Care with high interest and expertise in postoperative care of cardiothoracic surgical patients. + Experience in managing a wide range of critical care scenarios across different ICUs. + Commitment to teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
