Our Public & Government Sector Consulting team designs strategies and helps public organizations to materialize their business and operational objectives and to manage their financial and regulatory risks. Our team combines industry knowledge, subject expertise and extensive experience in business strategy formulation, business planning and policy advise. Our clients are the largest and most complex European Institutions and Public Organizations.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
As a member of this team, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and deliver public sector advisory projects related to policy advise, strategy, operations and implementation
Financial analysis and impact assessments,
Development of funding programmes and PPP projects
Financial modeling and business planning
Handle, manipulate analyse and visualize data and information responsibly
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Share and collaborate effectively with others
Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced
What we are looking for
3 - 5 years of work experience consulting firm / research organization / business unit
Knowledge and experience in working with the public sector with at least 3 years’ experience in the following fields: Strategy formulation and implementation, state owned organizations operations, financial analysis and impact assessments for development /funding programmes, financial instruments and PPPs
A degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering
Excellent writing skills in Greek and English language
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Willingness to work on multiple projects and build capabilities across different areas of public sector including state- owned organizations and the European Commision
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
Optional but a strong plus will be:
MBA or a Master’s degree relevant in the fields mentioned above
Knowledge of public procurement framework
