Job Description:

Responsible for managing the strategic development, planning and oversight of a patient care experience function and all related programs, strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures in conjunction with Director of Patient Experience.This position leads the patient care experience function and drives its success in patient care experience and HCAPHS metrics through the application of their clinical background and professional licensure.Directs, develops, implements, monitors, promotes, and evaluates all inpatient patient care experience programs, strategies, initiatives, policies and procedures across the organization in alignment with system and organizational goals.Provides strategic direction and training on patient care experience to directors/managers and professional staff.Manages efforts across the hospital, in both clinical and non-clinical areas, to ensure optimal patient care experiences are being achieved.This position will also support program management for the Patient Advisory Council.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent Ky RN LicenseThree years job related experience; one year in leadership role (ex: charge nurse, outcomes, risk management)

Preferred Requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing
