Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Incumbent carries out the treatment plan as established by the evaluating Physical Therapist to ensure proper patient care. The incumbent reports to the Manager Home Care.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

PT Assistants providing independent case coverage in Pediatrics will have a minimum of 1 year pediatric experienceCurrent CA PTA license and current Automobile Insurance RequiredBLS CPR Certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)Successful completion of a two-year college program for physical therapists assistants, which has been accredited by the Committee on Accreditation in Education, American Physical Therapy Association and/or possession of a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of California
