Job Summary:

This position provides leadership for LCC’s Adult Enrichment Program and is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of non-credit adult enrichment courses offered through the Community Education and Workforce Development Division (CEWD). The position provides administrative oversight and program coordination for the grant-funded Motorcycle Safety Program. It coordinates the scheduling, course delivery, and customer service for other non-credit courses. It recruits, hires, schedules, supervises, and evaluates program instructors, rider coaches, and staff. It evaluates the potential of new non-credit programs for filling a community need and works with faculty to develop and market new programs. Assist with other non-credit Lifelong Learning programs and college projects. The position normally works a Monday through Friday schedule, but occasionally may be required to work on a weekend.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
Demonstrated experience managing a project or work unit for a medium to large organization.
Demonstrated experience managing employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with grant administration.
