Location: New Rochelle, NY
Hours: 5:45am - 1:45pm (35 hours weekly)
Salary: $65,000
LMSW/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC
We are looking for a psychotherapist to support our participants in our dual-licensed OMH/OASAS MAT program. Integrated MAT Opioid Treatment services are provided by an interdisciplinary team responsible for: comprehensive diagnostic assessments; participant-centered care planning; health assessments and physicals; clinical excellence and evidence-based interventions; individual, family and group therapy; psychiatric evaluations; medication management; MAT treatment (Methadone and Suboxone); linkages to additional services and care; and successful achievement of participant-determined outcomes.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for a caseload of approximately 60 participants.
+ Individual therapy, family/couples therapy and group therapy.
+ Timely, accurate, and complete documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to ensure compliance.
+ Attends Supervision as scheduled with the Program Director
+ Attends weekly IDT meetings.
+ Preforms other duties as needed to ensure the success of the program.
Qualifications:
+ New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW or LMHC) required.
+ Understanding and experience with OASAS documentation requirements, including intake and assessment, medical necessity, treatment planning and clinical interventions from the start of the treatment through termination.
+ At least 2-3 years’ experience within in the Substance use field preferably in Methadone Maintenance; other addictions, complex trauma and psychosocial stressors of poverty, abuse, abandonment, grief/loss, foster care, low/no literacy, and criminal justice involvement.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
+ Working familiarity with EMR’s.
+ Due to COVID many services are provided via telehealth; Proficient with computers and able to inspire virtual clinical care and creatively engage program participants in their care
+ Positive attitude and demeanor with an ability to engage individuals of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and needs.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with regulatory agencies, personnel, community stakeholders, participants /families.

+ Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
+ CASAC-T or CASAC a plus
