As a PSR, you'll provide day-to-day services under the PSR program in accordance with State Regulatory directives. Our ideal candidate is passionate about mental health services, has relevant experience, and possesses strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor premises continuously to ensure that all safety and sanitation requirements are being maintained.

Maintain a standard of behavior consistent with agency expectations and program philosophy.

Ensure adherence to all program expectations and curfews; report behaviors to assist the CPRC team.

Facilitate PSR education sessions under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and/or PSR Supervisor.

Perform orientation, education, referral, and record-keeping functions; participate in team planning.

Plan, organize, and facilitate groups, outings, or other activities to accomplish program objectives.

Serve as an advocate for clients in the implementation of treatment plans under the direction of CPRC Clinical Supervision and/or PSR Supervisor.

Attend scheduled staff meetings.

Serve as an appropriate role model for clients.

Operate the van and/or vehicle for client transportation and business needs.

Demonstrate interest in the long-term and short-term goals and objectives of the company.

Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, and/or Executive Team member.
 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent.

Two (2) years of responsible employment history.

Additional Qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods, principles, and techniques as they relate to mental health services.

Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the program.

Detailed understanding of the challenges faced by persons with mental illness in the community and access to community resources.

Considerable knowledge of methods, modalities, legal requirements, and court procedures related to treating mental illnesses and substance abuse.

Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities.

Strong communication skills to produce clear and concise reports.
