Your impact
As a Program Manager at OpenText, you will play a vital role in driving success for both our clients and our organization. You'll lead complex implementation projects for large-scale, international customers, empowering their teams to optimize how they manage information in today’s digital-first world. Your ability to manage project scope, mitigate risks, and build trusted relationships will directly contribute to greater business efficiency and innovation for our clients.
Your leadership will also support our Professional Services (PS) Sales team, helping to identify opportunities, estimate efforts, and deliver winning proposals that grow our business.

What you need to succeed
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader with:
A degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent qualification).5+ years’ experience managing IT projects, ideally in ECM, Archiving, or EIM technologies.Strong skills in: Project planning, resource management, and scope control.Risk identification and mitigation.Financial monitoring (revenue and margin).Demonstrable ability to: Build and maintain strong client relationships.Solve problems with initiative and efficiency.Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal).A passion for innovation and delivering customer success.One last thing
