We also offer tailored learning programs, certifications, and leadership tracks — all to power what’s next for you. **What you will do in this role** As a Proxy Product Owner, you will: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-based CRM implementation projects. + Define, formalize, and communicate business requirements and user needs. + Support Agile delivery teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring feature validation. + Serve as a liaison between functional and technical experts to ensure proper solution alignment. + Participate in functional validation campaigns and user support coordination. + Contribute to digital transformation projects and SaaS-based solution enhancements. **Your qualifications** We welcome innovators from all backgrounds who are excited to build solutions that matter. Concentrix is a great match if you have: + +4 years of experience + Strong understanding of **Agile / SAFE methodology** . + Hands-on experience with **CRM implementation projects** , particularly in **Salesforce** . + Experience working in **IT and digital projects** as a functional consultant or project coordinator. + Proficient in **users’ needs formalization** , functional documentation, and business analysis. + Exposure to validation and testing processes in product lifecycles. + Excellent collaboration and communication skills. + **Salesforce certifications** (e.g., Admin 2018, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). + Familiarity with **Scrum** , **ITIL** , **REST/SOAP APIs** , and **SaaS environments** is a plus.
