The Provisioning Specialist 2 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer. 

 

What you will be doing Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognitionFulfill license requests from various internal departmentsFulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policyAssist in update assigned procedures documentation to ensure information is current.Deliver third party products according to proceduresProvide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as neededThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.  It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful High School diploma, or equivalentExperience in a customer support or software licensing roleDetail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracyOrganized and experienced at successfully multi-taskingGood collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasProficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office SuiteGood attention to detailGood ability of identifying and completing tasks independently with a sense of urgency and ownershipAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentBasic knowledge of licensingUp to 5% travel time requiredOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job

Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements:  base salary range of $44,800-67,200 and eligible for bonus and benefits
