The Provisioning Specialist 2 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer.
What you will be doing Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognitionFulfill license requests from various internal departmentsFulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policyAssist in update assigned procedures documentation to ensure information is current.Deliver third party products according to proceduresProvide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as neededThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $44,800-67,200 and eligible for bonus and benefits
