Provider Relations Liaison/RN-Lead
Northern Light Home Care and Hospice Department: Business Development Position is located: Northern Light Home Care & Hospice So Portland Work Type: Full Time Hours Per Week: 40.00 Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: Provider Relations Liaison Lead, will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with referral sources. The role will report to the Manager of Business Operations, and will act as a secondary key point of contact for the liaison team. This role will assist in the training and onboarding of new liaisons and supporting needs of current liaisons. Responsibilities: + Continues to act in the capacity like that of a Provider Relations Liaison/RN within assigned territory. + Communicate effectively in both oral and written form, as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Assist departments with questions. + Provides excellent service with focus on patient and/or customer experience and ensures all functions related to customer service supports the department, member organization, and patient related goals. + Promotes services, disseminates information, and fosters a positive image of the organization in the community. + Maintains thorough understanding of department's key performance indicators and strives to achieve them. + Develops rapport and strong working relationship with external organizations and communities. + Creates and disseminates reports to appropriate personnel. + Develops and implements sales goals to achieve financial targets. + Acts as a resource for the Provider Relations Liaisons in alignment with objectives set forth for the business development team. + Supports Manager of Business Operations with needs surrounding events, sponsorships, and other activities liaisons may participate in. This includes but is not limited to promotion materials, registration, event sign-ups, presentation preparations. Assist in creating and maintaining marketing and education materials needed and utilized by the business development team. Identifies additional needed materials and supports in the creation of new. + Identifies need for change and actively works with Manager of Business Operations and other necessary leadership on process improvement. + Participates in recruiting, training, and retaining Provider Relations Liaisons. + Other duties as assigned. Other Information: + Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance. Must be able to drive within assigned region as directed. Statewide travel may be required based on position. + 1-3 Years leadership experience preferred.
