Job SummaryThe Provider Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates aligned with current and projected business objectives. The sourcing specialist develops creative approaches to identify, attract, and engage high quality candidates by ensuring maximum exposure of current and anticipated provider opportunities throughout Lexington Medical Center. The sourcing specialist utilizes innovative sourcing strategies to develop leads, pre-screen CVs, and professionally present candidates to recruiters. They will also assist with site visit coordination, provide business intelligence and market data to support ongoing sourcing initiatives, and maintain the candidate database.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, human resources, marketing or health related field
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of experience in areas such as healthcare, recruiting, medical staffing/credentialing, sales/marketing or customer service.
Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with an Associate's Degree and 2 additional years of experience in areas such as healthcare, recruiting, medical staffing/credentialing, sales/marketing or customer service will be considered.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) or Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP). Candidates without one of the above certifications may apply, but must obtain either certification within 90 days of hire or transfer into role.
