How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

Monitors payor enrollment needs to provide support whenever needed for assignments. Subject matter expert in all payor processes. Trains all staff. Interfaces directly with customers; develops and provides staff training; and resolves customer concerns within a team to meet or exceed customer service requirements.
 

Maintains expert knowledge of all payor processes. Collaborates with intersecting departments on trends and recommendations. Coaches anyone not meeting productivity and quality standards. Provides enrollment summaries to leadership.

 

What We Require:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or 8 years of equivalent experience required.

Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in the areas of insurance, customer service, enrollment, healthcare, or closely related experience required. Demonstrated project management expertise required. Human relation and effective communication skills, excellent organizational skills and multitasking required. 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration:

Participation in related professional organizations highly desired.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, highly organized and proficient computer system knowledge. Skilled in change management. Understanding of operations and competitors, and economic, social and legal environment.
