The Provider Contracts Analyst II (Remote) is responsible for maintaining payer and reimbursement data in the Hanger Next Gen system, supporting Contract Managers and National Account Managers in loading new payer/pricing data, supporting the M&A team in loading newly acquired locations/contracts to Next Gen and maintaining master fee schedules for contracting and coordination with Clinical Services as necessary.

Your Impact Work with Clinical Services for all code maintenanceMaintain master fee schedule for contractingMaintain and update Next Gen with updated rates based on annual Medicare updatesMaintain and update Next Gen with updated rates based on U&C as necessaryWork with Contract Manager and National Account Managers on maintaining/updating all fee schedule and contracts in Next GenWork with Administrative Manager on updates to WC/Medicaid fee scheduleMaintain/update all service items in Next GenAuditing all SIM library configurations in Next Gen prior to roll-out date by locationAssist with the creation and analyst of fee schedule for contract manager and National Account ManagersAssist IT in testing new versions/applicationsWork with IT with enhancements for Next GenMaintain contracted payer records in Next GenResearch and create non-contracted payers as required Next GenMaintain pricing regions linking payers/reimbursements to contracted locationsMaintain locations connected to non-contracted payersResearch and load new locations to pricing regions and acquisition contracts in Next GenInactivate and remove payers/contracts when new contracts supersedePrepare contract reports as neededOrganize nightly approval processPrepare reports on contracts, pay sources and contract approvalsMaintain Veterans Administration contracts in SalesForceMaintain web portal logins for local Hanger offices for contracted payers as requiredTest, load and develop support for Fee FactoryLoad contracts to Fee FactoryAssist Contract Managers with validating contract data in Salesforce.comMaintain Veterans Administration contracts in SalesForceWork on special projects as needed Minimum Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred

Pay range of $48,900 to $73,300 + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria.  This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables
