We are seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with a strong background in software systems, technical content development, and proposal writing for government and commercial clients. As part of our proposal team, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and persuasive proposal narratives that communicate GA-I3’s software capabilities, integration methodologies, security compliance, and mission impact to key customers in the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Foreign Governments, and Commercial sectors.

This role requires:

Exceptional writing skills,A deep understanding of software architectures, data integration, and secure development,Experience responding to U.S. Government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, IDIQs, SBIRs, and OTAs).

You will collaborate closely with engineers, proposal managers, and capture teams to shape compelling content that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proposal Content Development: Write and develop technical proposal sections, including technical approach, systems architecture, integration methodologies, delivery procedure, risk identification and mitigation.Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical solutions into mission-relevant, easy-to-understand narratives.Domain Expertise: Develop domain expertise for our customers through internal discussions, reading of solicitations, and externally research.Compliance & Proposal Structuring – Ensure all proposal content aligns with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS) and follows Sections L & M of solicitations.Tailoring Technical Content – Customize proposal content based on customer mission needs, solicitation evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.Incorporate Past Performance & Case Studies – Develop content that showcases GA-I3’s technical superiority, successful past performance, and mission impact.Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Ensure all technical content is well-organized, aligned with the proposal’s goals, and easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.Proposal Process Support – Assist in proposal planning, schedules, color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), compliance matrices, and final production.Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of proposal content development processes, building out reusable content for future proposals, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices in technical writing and proposal management, and company technical goals/vision.We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
