In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Collaborating with the sales team to determine customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Aid the commercial proposal strategy that mitigates project commercial risk exposure and best positions the execution team to allow scope and profitability growth. Elaboration of Bill of materials, Enterprise Estimating Tool (EET) reports, pricing, contractual terms, writing and assembling the proposal text. Redefine the Interaction with Internal Proposal Teams in Latinamerica, Sales Leads, Emerson Impact Partners (Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Logistics and 3rd party solutions, with Supervision). Complete proposal process and documentation procedures as: Ensure the accurate and updated information in the official tools for proposal development (EET, CRM, Clarity and HCM). Providing technical support to the sales team and ensuring flawless execution of projects including clarifications, assumptions, exclusions and ensures the information contained within is accurately presented in the proposal narrative to successfully bound scope and supply requirements.

  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Electronic or Electric, Automation, Chemical. English B1 - B2 Portuguese (plus) At least 2-3 years or more of technical and/or commercial experience with the ability to structure creative deals for customer solutions, negotiate contracts, and deal effectively with other departments.
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or Associates Degree.
