How you'll make an impact Responsibilities may include collecting and analyzing data for graphical use in both defensive and prospective marketing materials, building and maintaining an organized library of marketing materials, reporting and monitoring results of new business and retained business efforts, and working with marketing leadership and producers to create and execute client or niche-specific marketing plans Provides support and assistance in several of the following marketing areas; market research (identification and interpretation of key business trends and findings unique to the industry), development and design of company and business unit marketing literature (brochures, advertisements, annual reports, etc.), review and update of the marketing infrastructure which may include a database system, intranet, and external web site May coordinate graphics production of proposals, projects, and marketing literature Additional duties may include creating and following up on mass email campaigns, track, and reporting on analytics, tradeshow planning, and working with in-house graphics department to design and complete marketing materials Researching prospects, their industries, and industry trends to add to proposals and support marketing initiatives; Drafting compelling sales documents based on research and Producer insight; and Assisting with writing, editing, and coordinating RFP responses Works with marketing leadership and producers to create and execute client or niche-specific marketing plans About You Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage work within multiple projects concurrently Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively Proficient in Microsoft Word Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, InDesign, database management systems Expertise in Microsoft Word Work Traits: Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with groups Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments #LI-LB3 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
