Our fast-paced Proposal Development Team is looking for a Proposal Coordinator with experience developing compliant and compelling federal proposals. The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for supporting corporate growth through a range of proposal development efforts, including subcontract proposal activities, data call coordination, schedule management, and support for our BD knowledge management system. Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, are required.
Responsibilities Assist in the development of high-quality proposals in response to government Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.Coordinate the development and timely submission of subcontractor proposals, including information gathering, documentation compilation, formatting, and maintaining proposal databases with data calls, technical resources, schedules, and team meeting records.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business development teams, and leadership to gather and incorporate technical and administrative input for subcontract proposals.Draft, edit, and maintain proposal documents in accordance with RFP instructions and prime contractor guidelines. Maintain proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission records to ensure timely delivery.Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and related documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and key deliverables.Organize and maintain SharePoint proposal materials for all executed tasks.
