Description A growing legal services company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator for a remote, long term contract opportunity. Responsibilities: • Create compelling proposals using established templates • Conduct precise document management and processing • Collaborate effectively with Proposal Managers to understand the specific requirements of each proposal • Handle and incorporate requested edits to enhance proposal quality • Gather and organize necessary information and resources to assemble initial drafts of proposals • Log all relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manner • Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for various tasks • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions • Show understanding of budget processes and contracts • Prepare proposals with attention to detail and accuracy Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Proposal Coordinator or in a similar role. • Proficient in using Atlassian Jira software. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites. • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented communication. • Experience with generative AI is a plus. • Knowledge of budget processes and financial planning. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in handling contracts and understanding legal terminology. • Proven ability to prepare proposals, including drafting, revising, and finalizing. • Copywriting skills, with an emphasis on clarity, brevity, and persuasive writing.
