Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Proposal Coordinator in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Instrumentation & Control Business Unit. You will be responsible for the coordination of business development activities include proposals, approval documentation and presentations as requested. The Proposal Coordinator reports directly to Proposal Manager and receives assignments to support the Business Development (sales) team.
This position requires working with other business units and all areas of the organization to collect inputs and standardize approval documentation packages, facilitate meeting organization and effectively maintain business unit standards. You will learn the knowledge of proposal development and proposal approval process. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for the accuracy of baseline proposal content in connection with Proposal Review Committee (PRC) and Approval Oversight Committee (AOC) standards from global and regional procedures. A key function will be the coordination and preparation of materials needed for each proposal approval meeting.
Your work will include:
Manage the coordination of international and regional approval committee agendas Notate accurate and detailed Meeting minutes for regional approval meeting Facilitate the closure for actions with supporting evidence from each approval meeting Schedule meetings related to proposals, approvals and business development activities Arrange and drives capture plan meetings with sales to frame commercial strategy in the market Facilitate approval form signatures and archival of internal proposal documents to support procedural requirements Develop and maintain business unit proposal templates and repositories Coordinate release of document revisions from global platform to the regional database Update or rewrite procedures, based on input from responsible owner Administer proposal support tools, including online workspaces and proposal collaboration tools Assist with proposal formatting in compliance with Framatome communications standards and branding guidelines

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $27.00- $35.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
